I’m 17 years old and 5 feet tall. I weigh about 135 lbs, which isn’t that much I guess, but I have a LOT of belly fat, which I would like to lose. I’m going on a diet where I count my calories and I’ve been on it before and lost almost 10 lbs but then I started eating bad again and gained it back. I know, shame on me.
