I’m 30 and exercise regulary twice a day for at leat 30 minutes to an hour! I love sweets but i don’t eat that many sweets! I drink loads of water and green tea, what else can i do to get rid of belly fat? Thanks!

Megan fox has the FLATTTTEEESSTT ABBSS I’ve ever seen! She says she does 20-30 minutes of cardio that flattens your abs. I’ve tried to look it up but couldn’t really find anything on it. Would you guys know what cardio moves that flattens your abs or something like that? THANKSS!!
I currently use the ellyptical for 30 minutes, and run for 15. And then do as many sit ups and side crunches as I can. But still have love handles. Any exercise that I can do either at the gym or at home? Thanks
If i walk 30 minutes everyday of the week, that i do 2 hours a week of sports at school, 1 hour of cardio a week and horseback riding once a week, can i get skinny legs fast =S ?
I eat healthy and drink a lot of water.
Is there another effective way to get skinny legs fast ?

I am going on a mainly whole grains fruits and veggies diet, I am doing 200 sit-ups a day and I am running one mile each day at a speed of 4-5 miles per hour. Will this flatten my abs and make me lose 5 pounds this summer? Also If I stretched for 15-30 minutes a day would that make me able to touch my toes in 2 months? Also I am drinking nothing but water and occasionly juice but only one every other day.
I weight 95 pounds and I am 4’10 I want to lose 5 pounds and flatten my abs in 2 months.
