As u can see i hardly have any abs now, i’m 17, cross country runner, im injured right now and not able to run for another 3-4 weeks, i want to work on my abs so i can be a more efficient runner wen i get back, i am also working on triceps and biceps, my question is, will ab exercises alone give me a ripped six pack, i have herd about doing cardio and stuff along with the exercises, but i have been doing alot of running(40 or more miles a week). Since i’m out of running now, all i can do is ab exercises, so will doing them ALONE give me the body i want??

these are the kind of abs i want..well forget his arms and chest, i know that will take time but is it possible for me to get his abs?? my stomach isnt hard and lumpy like i want it, its kinda soft

I have a little bit of belly fat on my belly.. I do Zumba 2 times a week. I also started doing ab exercises.. What else should I do and also what kinds of foods should I eat? Thanks for the help 
I’m 15 years old and I have a six pack already but I want to improve it and do other ab exercises rather than crunches.
Just wondering because I have heard everywhere that everyone has a six pack but it is under fat do you have to do ab exercises or can you get it just by cardio losing body fat? I suppose its nicer if you build it up though as apposed to just being skinny having them…

Im 13 years old and I have a membership with Planet Fitness. I go with my mother ever other day. My main fitness goal is to carve out a rippling set of six pack abs. Once I started lifting some light weights, my muscles grew huge. My overall body is very muscular, and I’m crazy about fitness. So when I go to the gym, I I love to work my abs. When I am on the fitness mat, what are some good ab exercises that work, all areas of the abs? I need at least 8-10.

I’m going to the gym and going to work with my trainer to develop some routine ab exercises, but what can I eat to flatten my stomach and make sure it doesn’t get any bigger??

I only have 3 weeks max to get a flat stomach or six pack. I would rather have a six pack but a flat stomach is fine. I am not fat I only have a little fat on my stomach to lose. I am 15 and weigh 155. I ride my bike 8.5 miles everyday which takes an hour and I lift weights almost everyday or 3 days a week. I have been doing ab exercises for a few weeks but I was wondering if anyone knows how to speed the process up. ? please let me know. thanks!
Is it possible to get rock hard visible six pack abs without doing ab exercises but using other forms of exercise such as swimming regularly and running cycling etc?
I walk a couple of miles 5 days a week, but I know that’s not enough. What kind of specific ab exercises could I do? Or cardio? Would bike riding help? Pilate?
*I know there isn’t "spot training" but I’m sure there is some type of exercise that could be useful. Please don’t answer if your answer is absolutely no help.
