I do situps 3 days a week(Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday) and I also do the ab lounge XL those same days. Ive been starting to do cardio(I now do cardio everyday jumping jacks and riding my bike a mile or 2) 4 days ago and have been doing ab workouts for a month. I’m 5’5" and 110lbs and am very athletic so obviouslly i have a small belly. would i have a six pack before summer?
