I have a fat stomach and i have been doing a lot of cardio and running to slim down. I’ve lost a good amount of weight but i still have a bit of a gut. I’m hesitant to do ab workouts because i’m afraid if they get bigger it will only push my stomach out. If i do abs will that happen or might it actually help flatten? thanks

i’m 13. i’m not overweight, just have a flubby stomach in my opinion. i do ab workouts & palates but i don’t see any affects. i want to flatten my stomach. help?

I enjoy doing exercise, not for losing weight, but to be healthy and toned. I do a lot of ab workouts, and I’m starting to see results. But, I know that there is a layer of fat that are on top of one’s abs and I want to know how I can get rid of that annoying belly fat and reveal my abs. I’m 15 btw.

I am about 5′ 9,1/2" and I weigh about 140lbs. I’m a little underweight and I am trying to bulk up by eating alot and lifting weights.

But I also want to flatten my stomach at the same time. I don’t really have much belly fat. Just a small amount. I have started doing situps, and other ab workouts after I am done with the weights.

I also eat fairly healthy for my metabolism. Do you guys have any other advice?

I do situps 3 days a week(Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday) and I also do the ab lounge XL those same days. Ive been starting to do cardio(I now do cardio everyday jumping jacks and riding my bike a mile or 2) 4 days ago and have been doing ab workouts for a month. I’m 5’5" and 110lbs and am very athletic so obviouslly i have a small belly. would i have a six pack before summer?

i am doing ab workouts and i feel that they are not very effective, maybe because of belly fat.
i am wondering if it would be more effective (faster to get abs) if i lost weight ( belly fat included) and then work on my abs.
