I am 5’2 and 98lbs. I am trying to flatten my tummy by doing 60 crunches on an exercise ball each day. I barely have any fat on my stomach but it is about an inch under my belly button up to my ribs. Someone said that abs wont show unless that fat is gone, how do I loose that fat? My stomach isn’t flat because my muscles aren’t tight and the layer of fat is probably 1/2 inch thick. I eat healthy… alot of whole grains, fruit, no meat, no dairy, no sodas or sugar. But I get PLENTY of hemp protein and soy protein (I make myself a shake each day). As u can see i hardly have any abs now, i’m 17, cross country runner, im injured right now and not able to run for another 3-4 weeks, i want to work on my abs so i can be a more efficient runner wen i get back, i am also working on triceps and biceps, my question is, will ab exercises alone give me a ripped six pack, i have herd about doing cardio and stuff along with the exercises, but i have been doing alot of running(40 or more miles a week). Since i’m out of running now, all i can do is ab exercises, so will doing them ALONE give me the body i want??

these are the kind of abs i want..well forget his arms and chest, i know that will take time but is it possible for me to get his abs?? my stomach isnt hard and lumpy like i want it, its kinda soft

Im going to be starting highschool in august. All I want is a boyfriend, to have some friends, and to be thin. I dont care if its unheathly. im 222.5 that alot for a 14 year old girl. somebody help me

i am about 130 pounds..but i have like alot of fat around my stomache and alittle around my back, how can i get rid of it with out losing more weight? im already skinny enough.. lol? do i just work out alot and eat more every day?

I am about 5′ 9,1/2" and I weigh about 140lbs. I’m a little underweight and I am trying to bulk up by eating alot and lifting weights.

But I also want to flatten my stomach at the same time. I don’t really have much belly fat. Just a small amount. I have started doing situps, and other ab workouts after I am done with the weights.

I also eat fairly healthy for my metabolism. Do you guys have any other advice?
