So I got 2 weeks off, and I plan on running every morning starting tommrow. But I’m not sure what’s I reasonable amount of time I should run. 15 min? 20 min? 30 min? Im trying to make most out of my 2 weeks spring break, really want to lose my belly fat fast!
I was busy doing exams no time to exercise, could it get smaller in that amount of time or am i being paranoid
I want to loose some belly fat fast without buying gym equipment or going to the gym. Please use tips for exersising like, running, jogging, …ect. P.S. Can some wii sport games help me loose weight if i play it for everyday at so much amount of time . I would like as many answers as I can get. please help me
I lift weights about five times a week and I’m seeing some great results, but I don’t have the six pack I want. How did you develop your six pack (what exercises, amount of time, frequency of exercise, etc.) and how do you maintain it today? Thanks.
