okay well I am quite skinny on my arms and legs because I have a fast Mertabalis15 years old i am and I am quite happy with those parts of my body but I my stomach seems to be the part wich stalls all of my fat? I really hate it! It looks soo gross. I dont know what to do to get rid of it? I have tried cutting down on junk food and I try to stomache muscle excersises but I cant do them for long untill my back starts aching really bad. The fat is starting to spread to my lower back and hips aswell.:( does anyone have anything that could help me? Thanks heaps :) sorry if i sound like i am a drama queen. I am just really upset with this becaus I have had it my hole life and it wont go away after everything i try?

Especially if people say you can’t spot reduce when it comes to losing body fat. How is it that it accumulates on certain spots of the body if that’s the case? I mean I’ve seen skinny people(I’m one of them) who has fat around the belly and I have really skinny arms and legs. Explain that.

I’ve been doing pilates and runing a mile everyday, but my arms and legs are still fairly big. I want them to be much much much leaner. If I keep doing this workout routine when will I see results? And to get skinnier fast should I do something else as well?
