For the past two months I have ran 3km every single day and have played basketball for 2 hours every single day. I still have this small blob of fat left, so should I start doing exercises to get a six pack, or is there no point because it won’t show under my tiny blob of fat. I am 5’8" by the way, and weigh 160 pounds. Thanks!
I am 13 and I weigh 162. AHH! thats fat as hell for me. I try everything, i go to the gym, i am vegetarian, i only try eating when im hungry, i love sugar, but i try avoiding it, i play basketball and i love gymnastics and i sing and dance and i have a swimming pool. WHY WHY WHY am i gaining weight every month?!
