I am about 5’4 and I weigh 118 pounds. My body is okay but I’m not exactly "even". I do have a very high self-esteem but I am nervous about wearing a bikini. If there is any way to get rid of belly fat and lovehandles please let me know. In my condition i want to know how long it will take my to get rid of this. I want to lose atleast five pounds :D

Hi, I’m 14 and I’m 5.3 but I weigh 8.6!! I don’t look fat with clothes on but I have stomach fat and thigh fat. I climb a hill 3 times a week for about 1 mile up hill altogether. and I`m going a lot of strength training for a climb I am also doing in August. I eat well; salad for lunch, and apple for breakfast and a small portion of dinner. But how do I get skinny without building muscle.

I only have one week to get a perfect bikini body. And I have lots of belly fat and thigh fat.

I have a little "pouch" of fat on my lower stomach. When I flex my stomach it is completely hard except for the lower stomach part. I am 5’6 and about 125 pounds, I don’t think that is overweight, but I just don’t want to have a non-flat stomach when I wear a bikini.
