Just wondering because I have heard everywhere that everyone has a six pack but it is under fat do you have to do ab exercises or can you get it just by cardio losing body fat? I suppose its nicer if you build it up though as apposed to just being skinny having them…

Ive been working out recently , and the biceps and triceps are coming along nicely.
But the six pack isnt comeing through as fast.
I thinks its because im not sure what to do and how many reps to do ?

I go jogging to cut my body fat down, now i just need to gain muscle please help.

What is the best exercise for it.
and how many sets and reps a day.

I don’t really have that much, but the body fat I do have centers around my middle. I’m trying to lose, but quite frankly I don’t really know how to properly. I’ve been cutting down on the food, eating just my three meals a day. I figure that’ll help my body use the fat reserves, right? And I have tried crunches so much but they never seem to work for me. I just need help… Anything?

Does doing about 20 – 40 diamond push-ups (if you don’t know what they are, look them up. They’re a more intense form of push-ups) and lifting Dumbbells help lose bingo wings. And also, do sit ups help remove excess body fat from the abdomen? (This plus a healthy diet obviously).

i really would like to have a six pack, what are some good exercises that work??
and how long does it take to get one if you do work outs on ur abs consistently everyday?
no i do not have any body fat, and i am very athletic, and run a lot

Assuming your body fat is quite low, is it possible to get a good abdominal six-pack by only doing compound weights (i.e. bench press, squat, deadlift) or would you need to do proper abs work to get a decent look?

Does anyone know a useful way from personal experience or use to loose body fat. I just went on a vocation recently and we had alot of junkfood and ate out every night about and i gained about 5 pounds and i have ran every day this summer. Im especially wanting to loose stomach fat most of all, altho im not to fat in my stomach area.
