I’ve had love handles ever since I have been 12. I weight 125 pounds now and I run/walk daily. Eat low fat. Do love handle exercises (such as side planks, side leg lifts) ect…. and I cannot lose the love handles… I am eating 1200-1400 calories a day… am i doing something wrong??

I tend to lose inches in my hips quick, but my love handles won’t seem to go away! What are some good exercises that will help me lose the fat around my waist?
Obviously I need to count my calories (which I am) but I’m asking for specific exercises that target that area!!!!

i hate my thighs! this is not an exaggeration ok but my thighs are big! im not one of those anorexic or stupid teen people who are really skinny and think there fat!

my tummy has gotten smaller but my thighs havent!

i dont want bulkey muscly or flabby thighs! i want skinny legs with very toned skinny thighs!

is there any exercises or streches to do that will get rid of thigh fat in 2 months??
i no i no i must do cardio to burn calories! im going to start running and playing basket ball but i just want my thighs much skinnier!

anyone and SERIOUS answers! and i dont want anyone telling me you cant because i have seen it being done but i dont know how?

im 16 and 5 foot 8 and im not huge or anything i just want to get rid of my belly fat.. i went from 220 to 155 and still have belly fat lol and wonder if its extra skin since i lost weight.. and i wanted to know how to get rid of it the fastest and healthiest way… i eat a 1600 calories a day and 2000 on weekends.. any tips ?… i walk regularly too

I’m 17 years old and 5 feet tall. I weigh about 135 lbs, which isn’t that much I guess, but I have a LOT of belly fat, which I would like to lose. I’m going on a diet where I count my calories and I’ve been on it before and lost almost 10 lbs but then I started eating bad again and gained it back. I know, shame on me. But with my diet, how can I lose all that gross flab? Running? Walking? Jogging?

i thought metabolism is based off of how much muscle you have the more muscle you have the faster your metabolism will be. well skinny people dont have alot of muscle but they burn alot of calories. why?

I eat six small meals a day. What foods will help me gain the body i want. Since i eat 6 meals when and what exercise should i do to burn the calories off. I go to the Gym in the mornings and do 30mins running and weights.

If i have a daily intake of 1400 calories, and i lose 1000 calories a day, will i lose any weight?
