I used to be an all-star cheerleader so I have a lot of muscle on my legs but my upper inner thighs are chubby… I want to be able to wear my skinny jeans but they look weird at the top few inches of my thighs. How can I lose that extra fat before school starts? (school starts in about 2 weeks for me)
i’m 13 and i am in really good shape–i’m a cheerleader–but i would really like to have a six pack. what exercises can i do and what types of food do i have to eat to get a six pack really fast? and don’t worry about the workout being too long or hard–i’m home all day so i have plenty of time. thank you guys!
