How do I get a six pack FAST?

Ok. So i am 12. I am starting to do weights (only 1kg at the moment) but i really want the chicks to dig a six pack. how do i get a good looking six pack in a short time???? and also how can i get my bicepts and tricepts bigger. thanks so much for you time if you can help. thanks =)
