I’ve been trying to tone up my belly and have found good exercises for my abs, but I haven’t found an exercise that really works my obliques. I’ve tried the classic bicycle crunch, but that never does a thing. Any suggestions on some really effective exercises for obliques?
I am 13 i weigh 126-136 i lose not really weight but if i get a stomach fat or what ever i lose it fast and i want to know how to get a six pack fast in 2 months and also i will be swimming for like 2 hours every other day and also instead of doing the cycle excersize would riding a bicycle for like a hour or 2 every day be able to replace that oh and can you post somethings like how to do a proper crunch and how to do a proper side crunch thank you

Breakfast : Cereal (Cheerios, Rasin Bran crunch, oatmeal) OR should I eat a pb&j sandwich
Lunch : A small 500 calorie dish like a chicken wrap, turkey wrap, pasta or a chicken sandwich (NOT FAST FOOD)
snack: grapes,apple or a cheesstick (IF I NEED A SNACK)
Dinner : one plate full of whatever my mom makes, which is like pasta, chicken with noodle and broccoli, or like bbq chicken with corn??
Does this sound okay or should I cut down more? I have to eat something in order to not pass out in football because football means a lot to me. I want a six pack so I can be stronger

Any easy ways to flatten a tummy in about a month or so?
I know some different great crunch exercises, if I do about 50 of those every night will that help?
