I’m kind of worried because I haven’t even done crunches, and my stomach is fat on the sides, still. I have love handles…maybe its not a six pack??? its hard and definitely looks like a six pack but, could it be something else? I’m not fat, im average….5’6 female 122 lbs……can anyone tell me whats going on?!?!?!
I am 5’2 and 98lbs. I am trying to flatten my tummy by doing 60 crunches on an exercise ball each day. I barely have any fat on my stomach but it is about an inch under my belly button up to my ribs. Someone said that abs wont show unless that fat is gone, how do I loose that fat? My stomach isn’t flat because my muscles aren’t tight and the layer of fat is probably 1/2 inch thick. I eat healthy… alot of whole grains, fruit, no meat, no dairy, no sodas or sugar. But I get PLENTY of hemp protein and soy protein (I make myself a shake each day). I’ll report any innapropriate answers… but thanks in advance!
I already know of crunches and cardio. But what6 about for your muffin top/love handles, whatever you call it, i dont know of any workout for that?
Ok I want to get a six pack in two weeks for a beach party. I have a small six pack but you can feel it but cant see it.
I do 30 crunches then 30 sit ups after that i do jack knife sit ups then v ups and then fallowed by static holds for about a minute. i do that two times a day and then swim for about an hour every other day.
Please tell me if you know of a better why to get a six pack fast.
I already do 50 situps 100 on weekends 15 pushups 30 on weekends I eat moderatly healthy I want good exercises exercise links no diet crap I don’t want ANYTHING about eating I can’t change that so just the exercises and links Also nothing TOO hard like run 20 miles a day ,because I’m still a kid.
Also those of you saying 100 isn’t enough first it is over a long period of time and thats pretty good for a child and situps are better than crunches (Or at least the way I do them)
Also I don’t have equipment.
i was doing a lot of sit-ups, crunches, and push ups for a Long time and nothing is happening. i need a new exercise routine. plz help
I want to loose a little belly fat and I’m not sure how many sit ups and crunches to do a day. What else works to get rid of belly fat? and how quick will I notice a difference??

Ok so i have some belly fat and i have no clue how to get rid of it. i o crunches but all it does is work my abs but my belly fat is still their, and i’ve taken diet pills and gone on diets but they don’t work! what do i do?
I’m female, 5’8" and 130 lbs. My waist is 27" and hips 36". I don’t have a big belly, it’s not noticeable if I’m standing up, however, as soon as i bend, or sit, or lay it rolls over quite a bit. When I do push ups, it totally hangs! And when I do crunches or any effort with the area, my stomach potrudes too much! Most of the problem is in the area below the belly button. I’ve got a little bit of love handles too. I would like to get rid of those as well.
What can i do to get rid of the flab or make my stomach stay in place, or defy gravity if you will? And maybe define my waistline a little more? What exercises are recommended for this?
