Hello! I am wondering – my bust/waist/hip measurements are in line with what I want, but I want to lose the fat below where I measure my waist. I know spot training is impossible, but how is it possible to lose belly fat and keep your curves? Currently, I’m eating well and doing aerobic workouts.

My main concern is that I’m very skinny (5’10 and 120 lb). Because of this, my stomach actually curves INWARD unlike some of the other people in my school. Is that going to create any problems, as I don’t really have mass to build muscle on?

I want to gain bicep and tricep muscle and the curves in them so i wont need to flex and you can see the muscle outlining

I have weights but no machinery. Im ready to do anything right now even if it means going on a liquid diet or starving myself. PLease Help.

After years of being slightly underweight, I’ve finally put on 20 lbs. Unfortunately, I earned the extra weight through a steady collegiate diet of beer and pizza. I’ve never had breasts before (they’re now a B) but I love them, as well as my new hips.

It’s just that I can’t STAND my "beer belly". I’ve cut down dramatically on drinking and fast food, but I think I’ll need more than just a diet change to get rid of the belly fat.

I’ve heard that spot training doesn’t really work, but does anyone know if there is some way to lose belly fat without losing my new curves?
