i need a diet tht is healthy and works fast. But i dont want to try weightwatchers or any other diet program. i need a quick healthy solution.
Is there any exercise/diet program schedule i can do to get a six-pack? I do all types of sports and stuff so if that is part of the exercise, I can do that. I am not sure if crunches and sit-ups work, but if they do please do tell.
