Ive been doing sit ups and abdominal crunches and work outs for years and nothing has shown up. I have a bit of fat on the lower part of my abs and i would like to feel comfortable taking of my shirt for the pool. Ive tried a lot of different basic exercises, what exercises or things can i do to get a six pack?
I have been doing sit ups since august and I was wondering if anyone has any idea on how long it will take to show my six pack?

I’m 16 years old, about 5”11 and 136 pounds (yes I’m skinny) so I have a BMI of 19.
For nearly 2 weeks I’ve been doing sit ups, about 300 a day now. I heard you need cardio as well so I’ve started skipping.
Am I doing the right things?? How long should I skip for and how many sit ups should I do??
I’m a 15 year old boy and for the past 3 weeks I’ve been doing sit-ups every morning and when i go to bed. I noticed that when i press down on my skin i can see a layout of the 4 pack that im developing are there any other exercises i can do to get rid of the belly fat and Develop a stronger 6pack in under a four weeks?.
cuz ive been trying doing sit-ups or watever for the last week, at least 150 some a day, and i was just wondering if that will work, of course im not doing this cuz i think that i should already be losing belly fat i just want to know if it will work and what are some other ways and stuff?
I have been running most days and have been doing sit ups too but cant get rid of my thin layer of belly fat around my belly button. What can I do to get a defined six pack?
i have noticed a little fat over the summer its not a lot just a little! but what are some good exercises that are easy and work quick! I have been doing sit ups when i watch tv on the comerical breaks! i want something quick and you dont have to by anything just do it by yourself that you get quick results!

Ermm…. I was wondering if anyone has any tips of getting rid of stomach fat and the line under the belly. When I don’t sit up straight for a long time due to the rolls of sitting ill have two lines on my stomach from the rolls and i want to get rid of that :/. And i have been trying to sit up straight (i have back problems though) to see if that would help the belly line. I have been eating healthier and doing sit ups/crunches and aerobics daily. I still don’t see any changes. I did lose 15 lbs though. I weigh 120 and I’m 5’5.
