im trying to loose atleast 5-10 lbs before june 2 so i have 8 weeks

and also i need a flat stomach
the part i need to work on the most is my lower abs so more excercises on that

please any suggestions to get a flatter stomach before june 2 and what i should do to change my "diet"

ive been doing the eliptical machine for 20 mins on the cardio level and then i go do other weights and machines and then i walk for 15 mins (should i incline it?) and then bike for 15 mins on the weight lose program…im 137 lbs ..i no muscle weighs more than fat so if i dont actually lose "weight" thats ok i just need to have my stomach flatter

ive been doing this every other days but ive only done 3 days so far….is yoga good? and how about pilates? ive done that but i havent really seen too much of a diffrence

I want to slime down fast. I want ot loose about 10-15 pounds in the next three months. How do I do that fast? Also, I want to get abs and a slimmer neck. HELP!!

I am 17 5’6 weight about 130 pounds… I have been doing some workout lately and have seen results. My chest has gotten developed biceps and triceps are getting cut as well. Now that my body is looking alright I’ve noticed that all need to develop a six pack. I can feel the muscles and see the upper part of the six pack but is not developed so I would like to know excercises that could help me obtain it, Thanks!

I need to know some ways to loose some stomach fat and some leg mass. I am getting a ring right above my hips of extra fat. Also my thighs from all the swimming I do are very muscular. Now I am a ballerina so I can’t be doing excericises that are going to make me look like a soccer player. Excercises and food suggestions would be good. I need some help looking like a ballerina again.

Well I do not think I am fat, but I want to lose some fat in my belly area and my arm area. I want to get ripped forearms. BTW I cant go to the gym lol and my mom wont let me spend money on excercise equipment so are their any easy excercises to lose my belly fat and get ripped forearms right at home?? ok, so to get rid of belly fat and big hips do u only do situps? are there any other productive excercises??? please help!!
