My wife and I are starting a new diet and exercise program. We are looking for good exercises to rip our abs and overall fat burning. We have an exercise bike and Total Gym. We also have dumbells up to 25 lbs.
We would like recipe ideas and exercises. No seafood recipes. Thank You

I am doing an exercise program, I am sore in all the right places, except that area. Isn’t it part of the back? What exercise really works that area, or what gym equipment will do the same? I want to do the exercise on my weight lifting/weight resistance day. My stomach, oblique area, the upper hip in back, and even my back above that area are all sore, but not this mystery area. My "love handles" (the part I want to work off) are in my low back off to the side, but not directly on the sides (waist); I don’t know if that is considered the love handle area, but I really want to work that off. Any tips or ideas?
Okay here is a bit more info. I think that I didn’t explain it very well. I know that I can’t work that area to loose weight in just that area; I just want to know how to work those muscles. I can feel the soreness in all the other areas, I was just wondering if I am doing something wrong because I don’t feel sore there. I want to work that area by adding another exercise to incorporate that muscle group, and was wondering if there were any tips. Thanks again, keep the ideas coming!!
