i need an intense way to completely get rid of the stubborn love handles.
i love exercising and i ride horses 5-6 times a week for hours a day,
but i still cant get rid of the inch or two of extra flab around my waist, help?
workout ideas, exercise routines? anything. i just want to quickly get rid of them.
im going on 6 mile runs once a day for an hour. what else?
