Well I’m 5’5 n i weigh About 115.. And I’m 15? my stomach is not that bad but its just like a flab of fat looks ugly with my tight T’s And Dresses..i dont no i think i need to tone up my abbs or w/e but i cant do sit ups cuz my neck hurts when i try?..So whats the Quickest way to do that loose the Stomach fat..? And also Tone Arms? Plz help

I’m 17 years old and 5 feet tall. I weigh about 135 lbs, which isn’t that much I guess, but I have a LOT of belly fat, which I would like to lose. I’m going on a diet where I count my calories and I’ve been on it before and lost almost 10 lbs but then I started eating bad again and gained it back. I know, shame on me. But with my diet, how can I lose all that gross flab? Running? Walking? Jogging?
I’m female, 5’8" and 130 lbs. My waist is 27" and hips 36". I don’t have a big belly, it’s not noticeable if I’m standing up, however, as soon as i bend, or sit, or lay it rolls over quite a bit. When I do push ups, it totally hangs! And when I do crunches or any effort with the area, my stomach potrudes too much! Most of the problem is in the area below the belly button. I’ve got a little bit of love handles too. I would like to get rid of those as well.
What can i do to get rid of the flab or make my stomach stay in place, or defy gravity if you will? And maybe define my waistline a little more? What exercises are recommended for this?

I’m working at my desk (read chairbound) most every day. To rid my mids of the unwanted flab I do straight and diagonal crunches (to death) regularly and avoiding fatty stuff as much as I can but always get nowhere.

I gain weight mostly in my abdominal region and hardly as much in any other region. So what is the fastest/ most effective way to lose the flab? You can suggest anything, certain exercises, diet pills and medicines, or diets or all of those. thanks!
