I intend to go running every morning, or later in the day if I have work in the morning. How long should I run for each time? I really want to lose my belly fat. I’m 22, 5’6 and I weigh 123lbs. I don’t look fat, but I want to have a flat belly.

I’m 14 years old and my belly fat is really starting to annoy me! I want a flat belly soo bad. I heard that situps/crunches only tone the muscle, they don’t burn anything. So what can I do to actually get rid of the fat?

I’m 13 years old and I would like to become skinny FAST! I have school from 8:00 AM- 3:00 PM with lunch at 11:30.

Things I would like to achieve:
-toned arms
-skinny thighs
- toned thighs
- flat belly
- toned abs

Right now, I am barely acceptable weight-wise and have a dance recital with a really short costume and pool party I really need to look good for. I’m a really picky eater though! :(

OK so, I have a flat belly and if i flex my stomach muscles i can see a four pack but otherwise it just looks flat. How do I get a six pack fast and does my four pack when i flex mean that i am already getting results from my crunches?
