Well I’m going to the beach in August for three weeks and I want abs. I’m dont want to be "ripped" but just want them visible. Also I am a vegeteriana and can’t go to the gym. How can I get abs and how long will it take?
Also, I’m not fat. I’m about average and I’m 140 Lbs and 5’9"
Ok right now i ussually do ab machine a lot at the gym ab ripper x on the p90x videos and thats about it. I sometimes do yoga ball crunches etc. I have been doing a combination of this off and on for about half a year i only have about 4 months before I start going to the beach all the time again and would really like to have a six pack by then. some info on my body type if it matters, are
5 foot 6
125 lbs
Slim athletic (play sport)
I do tons of cardio in lacrosse
have a huge v cut for my abs starting but no lines yeat just like outer area
go to gym 2 hours 5 days a week for the past 6 months

i’m going to wear a bikini cause me and my friend are going to the beach but i still have a little extra fat on me so i want to lose it fat without having to throw up or something like that
i do not have any diet foods so don’t tell me to just eat diet food or starve myself that is just stupid!
