Well I guess most of you will just tell me to google it or something, but anyways….I’m 15 and weigh 140. I want to lose my stomach fat. At the same time i’m trying to get abs and good biceps. I cant go to gyms or anything so i just lift dumbbells and do ab crunches. What can i do other then eating better and drinking water to lose weight?Give me all the possible ways to do so. (easy and fast would be nice)
I Already have a 4 pack but it’s not rock solid but if you look closely or if i flex you can see it real well. What Should i Do To Get a 6 Pack Fast? I am on a swim team if that helps at all, and i dont leave near any gyms, what exercises should i do to get a 6 pack?

Okay my friend is like 5’2&&14 and she weighs like 150. She wants to get super skinny and she doesnt care how long it takes. Advice. She says gyms are expensive and special foods are a waste.
