My brother is stick skinny with a bmi of 15 and the doctor said that everyone around him is so fat that he just looks skinny but he’s not he’s perfect. I have a bmi of 21. I’m not fat, but I want to be skinny because I know that I have a little excess fat on my body, like my inner thighs, belly, hips. I want to know how to get rid of this excess fat, but keep in mind I’m only 14 so I can’t go and buy stuff…

I am a teen model, but I need to be skinner. i am not fat at all but I am not really skinny either. I don’t really have a tummy. i eat fruits and drink water but I am still not the right size. I want it to be tight were my ribs are and then it comes in and comes out were my hips are. I don’t want any extra FAT at ALL. Most people would say this is crazy but I is about me being happy with my body.

I’m 165 m tall and weigh 53 kg. I’m satisfied with my body. However, I started to get a belly fat that I’m dying to get rid of it. I run 3 hours a week, but still nothing happens.
I’m not satisfied with my hips as well. What should I do?!
I want to get a stunning figure!

I tend to lose inches in my hips quick, but my love handles won’t seem to go away! What are some good exercises that will help me lose the fat around my waist?
Obviously I need to count my calories (which I am) but I’m asking for specific exercises that target that area!!!!

im very skinny, but my hips are very wide, and when i put on jeans the fat on my hips like poke out. i need a quick, easy exercise to lose them very quickly.

ok so im just a teenager so if theres a surgery you were going to suggest, that cant be an option sorry
but if you know of an exercise or some healthy way to get rid of love handles really fast i would really appreciate it. and if you could you you describe how to do the exercise.

P.S. love handles are those fat layer type things above your hips right? cause thats wat i wanna try to get rid of

Can anyone help me with lifting up and firming breast, losing love handles, toning and increasing hips, and flattening belly (lower stomach) by either providing me with a website with clear instructions and giving me step by step exercise with duration.. please let me know when it would give effect.. if you have any videos, it would help as well.

I would like to be really thin so that i can pursue modeling.

Help! I have the most disgusting love handles right above my hips! I know you cannot spot reduce, but would like some effective exercises targeting this area. I run, but hate it. How much should I exercise a week? What about eating? I am a female, 120 lbs, 5’4”. Any good running advice for beginners? My legs and knees always get really tired. I would prefer advice from people EXPERIENCED. –Who have gone through this!!!
Any other additional help on getting rid of fat, or others is good. THANKS in advance!
