My brother is stick skinny with a bmi of 15 and the doctor said that everyone around him is so fat that he just looks skinny but he’s not he’s perfect. I have a bmi of 21. I’m not fat, but I want to be skinny because I know that I have a little excess fat on my body, like my inner thighs, belly, hips. I want to know how to get rid of this excess fat, but keep in mind I’m only 14 so I can’t go and buy stuff…

And lose some weight on your inner thighs? Those are my problem areas lately & I want to make sure I keep them toned. So, how do I lose weight on my love handles, belly, & inner thighs? I want to lose the weight fast! Thanks! :)

okay so i have really toned thighs but it seems that the inner thighs keep rubbing together . is there anyway to really work those and get them gone for good??

I want to target my inner thighs, my butt, the area below my butt, love handles, the back side of my arms, and all my stomach but especially the lower portion.

I used to be an all-star cheerleader so I have a lot of muscle on my legs but my upper inner thighs are chubby… I want to be able to wear my skinny jeans but they look weird at the top few inches of my thighs.
