Help! I have the most disgusting love handles right above my hips! I know you cannot spot reduce, but would like some effective exercises targeting this area. I run, but hate it. How much should I exercise a week? What about eating? I am a female, 120 lbs, 5’4”. Any good running advice for beginners? My legs and knees always get really tired. I would prefer advice from people EXPERIENCED. –Who have gone through this!!!
