I had a baby almost two years ago but the lower stomach fat has never went away. I only weigh about 118 and im about 5"7. Im actually pretty skinny except my stomach pokes out at the bottom and I look pregnant because I am so skinny. How can I loose that little bit of fat in my stomach? Exercising doesnt work. i dont want to lose weight every where. Just in my lower stomach right underneath my belly button.
i am not a ‘fat’ kid, im not even really chubby, i just have a little bit of fat on my body, and especially my stomach. i want to get rid of it so it can reveal my six pac (wich i would have if it wasn’t covered), can anyone help me, and give me some effective diets and workouts? Some tips on workouts and eating habits would be great, and even maybe some good recipes that will help me out with this?

Hi guys, I’m not fat or anything but I’ve been eating a lot of late night meals lately and im starting to get a little bit of a stomach. Is there any way I can lose my stomach without losing upper body or muscle?
I’m not out of shape, lift 3 times a week, and run 2, 6:45 min miles every day.
Also, I eat because I’m starvinggg at night.
I have a little bit of fat on my belly, and im sure i can get rid of it somehow. I regularly go down to the gym but only do arms and chest. Is there a diet that i could do? or something cos im really not a fan of running on a treadmill or stuff. If there is like a carbs diet what food should i eat and what should i?
I have lost weight doing some cardio in the tredmill and being active in sports. But i still have belly fat and i dont a slim stomach and show atleast a little bit of abs. How can i accomplish this?
Or should i continue doing wat im doing?

I haven’t even eaten anything every now and then yet i’m still kinda fat though i lost a little bit of weight and got skinny only just a little but still i’m not getting skinny and loosing weight even if im not eating anything!…..its frustrating! please help me….
I am not overweight but I have never been able to get rid of the last little bit of belly fat. I’m 19 and all my friends have washboard abs but me. I believe it is genetics but I am finding it difficult to get rid of this last little bit. Any advice?
