I have been gaining weight gradually over the past year and I noticed that my lower belly is getting more fat. Even when I was skinny, the only place I had fat was in my lower abdomen. This really bothers me and I would like to lose fat in that area before anywhere else. Is this normal? It’s really gross to look at, please help me someone. If I could affort a tummy tuck or liposuction I would get it.

I run 3 days a week or so…but I am finding it really hard to flatten my lower abdomen as it is just "hanging" down….Is there anything I can do – I will continue my running and the starndard ab exercise (crunches, leg raise etc..) but it just does NOT seem to go away.
Please help.
How can I flatten my lower abs? I’m not overweight, but I would like to tone up, and I carry weight especially in my stomach and hips. My lower abdomen looks "poochy" Eh. Any suggestions?

I am a 28 yr old female, 5’3 122 lbs. I don’t consider my self fat, but I do have stubborn belly fat in my lower abdomen that sometimes makes me look pregnant! If I diet and try to shed extra pounds, my stomach shrinks a little, but my boobs and my butt shrinks to nothing!! How can I lose this kangaroo pouch, but keep a healthy chest and butt?
