I’m 13 years old and I would like to become skinny FAST! I have school from 8:00 AM- 3:00 PM with lunch at 11:30.

Things I would like to achieve:
-toned arms
-skinny thighs
- toned thighs
- flat belly
- toned abs

Right now, I am barely acceptable weight-wise and have a dance recital with a really short costume and pool party I really need to look good for. I’m a really picky eater though! :(

I climb a hill 3 times a week for about 1 mile up hill altogether. and I`m going a lot of strength training for a climb I am also doing in August. I eat well; salad for lunch, and apple for breakfast and a small portion of dinner. But how do I get skinny without building muscle.

I want to get ride of my belly fat as fast as possible for the summer. I would like if you can give me a REAL diet. such as what I should eat on monday for breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, and then dinner. PLEASE i want this!

Ok I have a big job. I have to watch 2 13 old girls for a month! I’m getting paid couple hundred dollars. And i’m getting paid extra to help them loose 5lbs and to have a flat stomach. Ok these girls listen good but are bad at eating healthy and eating. They won’t eat breakfast or lunch which they gain weight. So this is my plan for them and its going to start on first day of school.
Breakfast,fruit,yogurt
Lunch,potato or salad
Snack, apples/peanut butter,watermelon or tangerine
Dinner, it really depend but there will always be veggies
And for monday through friday each day for exercises there going to do
20 squats
100 jumping jacks
50 push up/knee
50 sit up
and there going to do all of that on saturday and sunday to but on sat, and sun, there going to do 30 min on tread mill each of those days and walk a dog around the block each. Will this help loose 5 lbs in one month and for flat stomach and they don’t have a fat stomach but just a little and i have to do what mom says so how can you loose stomach fat for flat tummy? And is this good to loose 5lbs?

I’m 15 years old and kind of chubby in my stomach. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I workout my abs by doing 3 sets of 6 different crunches(Which I do 20 each). During Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday I workout my chest by doing 4 sets of push-ups, which I do each set until I can’t do anymore. I also do cardio because I’m in the track team for my school, we have practice 5 times a week. Also, the only thing I really eat is cereal for breakfast, a sandwich and chips for lunch, and anything my parents cook for dinner lol. So having said that, how long will it take me to get a six-pack??
