My metabolism is not keeping up with me any longer! I used to be very petite, but I’ve noticed I’ve gained a few–especially in the belly area.

What are the best exercises to get rid of it? Good ol’ crunches? Is there something even better???

i thought metabolism is based off of how much muscle you have the more muscle you have the faster your metabolism will be. well skinny people dont have alot of muscle but they burn alot of calories. why?

I need to lose my belly fat, and my arm fat, but, what is an effective way. Nothing I do works.. I don’t have a fast metabolism.

I am about 5′ 9,1/2" and I weigh about 140lbs. I’m a little underweight and I am trying to bulk up by eating alot and lifting weights.

But I also want to flatten my stomach at the same time. I don’t really have much belly fat. Just a small amount. I have started doing situps, and other ab workouts after I am done with the weights.

I also eat fairly healthy for my metabolism. Do you guys have any other advice?
