i work out in the gym four days a week and run at least three days a week on top of riding bmx almost everyday. i am in no way overweight but am having trouble cutting fat in my mid section. i want to get those cut abs for beach season. any advise?

i would like to know if there are any exercise videos out there that target the mid-section.

also, what is the best yoga video to get?
