My mom said she will take me to a acting school for my christimas present and they want people to be skinny so do any of you know how to get skinny fast??
I was around 180lbs and now I am 120lb and I have a little belly fat and my mom said to me that I can’t get rid of it no matter what, only with surgery, which freaked me out. is it true? if not how do I lose belly fat?
I do exercise and I eat well
Ok I have a big job. I have to watch 2 13 old girls for a month! I’m getting paid couple hundred dollars. And i’m getting paid extra to help them loose 5lbs and to have a flat stomach. Ok these girls listen good but are bad at eating healthy and eating. They won’t eat breakfast or lunch which they gain weight. So this is my plan for them and its going to start on first day of school.
Breakfast,fruit,yogurt
Lunch,potato or salad
Snack, apples/peanut butter,watermelon or tangerine
Dinner, it really depend but there will always be veggies
And for monday through friday each day for exercises there going to do
20 squats
100 jumping jacks
50 push up/knee
50 sit up
and there going to do all of that on saturday and sunday to but on sat, and sun, there going to do 30 min on tread mill each of those days and walk a dog around the block each. Will this help loose 5 lbs in one month and for flat stomach and they don’t have a fat stomach but just a little and i have to do what mom says so how can you loose stomach fat for flat tummy? And is this good to loose 5lbs?

Ok I don’t get the genetics thing. My mom is freaking skinnier than I am.
I want:
small thighs
small arms
flat stomach
and smaller hips
how can I do that? I’ve already started puberty and I know I’m
suppose to get that womanly shape.
I know you can exercise and eat less, but its not fast.
I have been complaining about my thighs though.
but what can i do for each?
I care about my looks actually so I would have self confidence.

I am a mom of three…. I am thin and tall and my stomache still looks great… but I have love handles! I try crunches but they don’t go away! any ideas of what I can do? I want to be ready for swim suit season!
Well I do not think I am fat, but I want to lose some fat in my belly area and my arm area. I want to get ripped forearms. BTW I cant go to the gym lol and my mom wont let me spend money on excercise equipment so are their any easy excercises to lose my belly fat and get ripped forearms right at home??
