I already know of crunches and cardio. But what6 about for your muffin top/love handles, whatever you call it, i dont know of any workout for that?

no matter what i do, i cannot get rid of that fat near my waistline. its like, a serious pooch/ muffin top and it sickens me. i kno everyone looks at it and i just dont feel pretty because of it. what can i do (SAFELY) to get rid of it??

I have some irritating stomach fat that i hate. Not so huge- but noticeable.

I only gain weight around my stomach somehow. A teacher had even dared ask me if I was pregnant because my fat isnt the shape of a muffin top, it looks like a baby is in there. I’m perfectly proportional everwhere else in my body. Its just my tummy that isnt and is embarrasingly hanging out like jel-o (gross image) how can i get rid of it? I’ve tried the dieting while excersise…didnt do a thing and i did it for 5 months.

I’m an 18 year old female, who weighs roughly 120 lbs. I have an excellent body, except for the love handles/muffin top. They are VERY large. I have trouble finding jeans because of them. I currently wear a size 5, but could easily fit into a 1 if it wasn’t for them. What is the best diet & exercise plan to get rid of them?

i have like a beer belly ( i don’t drink) but its the only way i can describe it and a muffin top… also how do i loose fat on my arms? and calve area but mainly the stomach and muffin top PLEASE HELP D:
will walking an hour everyday work? or should i walk more? is jogging better?
