I want to get skinny fast because I don’t want to look like a fatass at school next year. At the beginning of this school everybody called me fat and stuff and i was pissed. I couldn’t concentrate on my work. I tried running for 2 months straight, but muscles only grew under the FAT. So is there a shake I could make everyday to get skinny or something in 2-3 weeks. Ive been starting to lay down on my back and lift my legs up(it looks like, if you did a wall sit then just took yourself and layed on you back) then i lift then up so they are straight up in the air then i bring them back down..i do like 20 of these. And i also lay on my side and lift my leg up and i do that 20x w/ both legs. Are these good excersises for my legs…Can you suggest some workouts for me.. and please explain CARDIO and PILATES

I excersize at least a couple of times a week for a least thirty minutes, and I eat a healthy diet. However, I still have extra fat over my ab muscles. (Which are very hard, if I do say so myself.) I know that I can’t lose all the fat, I just want to lose a healthy amount. When I excersize, I use the elliptical machine (or bikes), I do crunches on and off the ball, and I use weights to tone my arms. Any suggestions to get rid of that little extra belly fat?

Crunches just make muscles bigger, I need to know how to get rid of he fat ontop of that. Can you please be more specific than "Diet and exercise". Thanks!

I have been doing a specific ab exercise by a professional made for abs for about 4 months. I can feel my muscles under my layer of belly fat, and I wish it would go away! I joined a gym about 6 weeks ago and the weights are starting to tone my muscles but I really want my stomach to be flat again. They have pilate classes there twice a week and I’m thinking of going to them. Does anyone know if they do help flatten your abs?
