Basically, my arms are all thin and my body has no shape to it.

And basically what I want is;

- more muscular arms
- better defined abs
- and better defined pecs

Are there any simple exercises (that don’t require gym machines and stuff) that I can do at home in the living room to help me get those 3 things?

At the moment I’m not too bothered about the actual fitness part of it, I’m just so sick of my body being so shapeless.

Anything diet-related that would help would be appreciated too.
