I’m 14 year old girl and previously had a six pack but was very ill, now fully recovered i want to know if there are any good dieting and exercising advice that i can follow to regain my six pack, thanks Hannahh x :) by the way i am a kickboxer. :D

I’m a 14 year old girl and I want to get my body hot. I can see the trace of the six pack but I just can’t seem to get a full six pack. I play all of the school sports. I want to be able to wear my bikini without making me look fat… I’m not fat in any means by the way.

Im going to be starting highschool in august. All I want is a boyfriend, to have some friends, and to be thin. I dont care if its unheathly. im 222.5 that alot for a 14 year old girl. somebody help me

I am a 13 year old girl 132lb and 5’9. I have had belly fat since I was baby but otherwise have been skinny. My legs are fine and everywhere else on my body is toned but I cannot get rid of my belly fat. It bugs me a lot because I have tried a lot of things to get rid of it. I don’t want to lose weight I just want to see a flat tummy!

I’m a 13 year old girl who has a lil’ trouble with belly fat. I pretty slim all over but I seem to have some trouble maintaining my stomach. I heard that if you kept doing crunches and sit ups without exercising, you would just make your stomach look worse since your muscles will grow bigger under your fat and just make your stomach protrude more. Anyways, I’m just looking for some kind of ab exercise(like crunches) and some sports(like swimming and jogging) to help me lose this belly fat. Maybe some kind of foods too. So to sum it up, I’m a teenager that’s trying to find ways to lose her belly fat and probably tone up her body as well. Any help would be great! Thxs!

I am a 14 year old girl and I have been a top athelete that took a break. I’m discovering that I have belly fat and a rounded bloated looking stomach and I can’t get rid of it. What can I do?

Hello! Do you know of any special exercises that would help me (a 15-year-old-girl) develop a six pack, or as close to it as possible, come summer?

ps. is it true that you must consume under 30 grams of fat a day to lose weight????
