okay so i want to get skinnier i weigh 130 lbs. i feel bloated. and i want to go back to school looking skinnier. but my parents won’t let me buy anything to get skinnier. but i REALLY want to get skinnier i tried using me wii fit but it doesn’t work.and i run outside like 3 times a week and I’m still fat. but i am taking martial arts soon. will that help me get skinnier? anyway i really could use some tips, tricks, and advice on how to get skinnier. HELP PLEASE!!!!!!! and no comments telling me that I’m really fat i know ok!
I really want to lose weight especially belly fat. But I can’t leave the house because my parents won’t let me leave alone and they have no time at all because of their job and all. I have no treadmill and stuff and my parents choose the food I eat not me. Help?

i have hardly any fat on my body im skinny, a male, 14 and around 120 pounds. now ive been trying for a while and i see no impact. i want to do a couple exercises a day for a while and i have bad genetics (my parents are kinda…….well fat) (sorry) in my family tree but i dont want to be part of it. (now please no stupid answers like "buy one" or "diet pills")
I’m 15 years old and kind of chubby in my stomach. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I workout my abs by doing 3 sets of 6 different crunches(Which I do 20 each). During Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday I workout my chest by doing 4 sets of push-ups, which I do each set until I can’t do anymore. I also do cardio because I’m in the track team for my school, we have practice 5 times a week. Also, the only thing I really eat is cereal for breakfast, a sandwich and chips for lunch, and anything my parents cook for dinner lol. So having said that, how long will it take me to get a six-pack??

Just a bit of background info: sixteen years old, female, Chinese, born with belly fat, has a small appetite.
I want to be able to lose my belly fat, which I’ve had since the day I was born. I can’t go on some freakish diet otherwise my parents would get all mad at me so I have to eat food (Chinese dishes) cooked at home. Are there any exercises that I can do without having to go to the gym that are effective for losing belly fat and potentially some upper leg fat as well? I don’t know if sit-ups are effective because some sources say they don’t get rid of fat, just strengthen abs?

im 13 and i need to get skinny!!! i mean im not seriously over weight or anything, i just need to tone up. so if u have some ideas that help fast…. im open. i would like to look really slim by next year and be able to fit into a smaller size. PLZ HELP!!
okay well right now i weigh 140 and i am 13….. now before u think im obese, im not, i was in gymnastics for about 8 years, so i have A LOT of muscle. i just need to be really skinny by the end of the summer (the sooner the better) my parents keep telling me not to worry about my weight, and my friends get mad at me when i say im fat. i want to lose around 30 lbs, which would bring me down to about 110. anything will help!!!
