I am looking for a good routine that will help me improve my abs a six pack routine would be great. I’m 13 right now and in good physical shape anyone know of a good diet and exercises that will help me reach my goal?

I just turned 14 like a month ago, i am 6 feet and weigh around 180, i am in good shape and i am really strong, i lift weights once or twice a week. i play football basketball and baseball, i want a six pack asap, i can sorta see like a 2 pack in the mirror but only in the mirror, how do i get one fast?
btw i dont have any problems with wieght, im in good physical shape
