Well im only 12 and i want to lose weight. I don’t wanna put how much I way and all that. Im not looking to become anorexic or anything. Just exercises and eating better. School is out so i have a lot of time for this. I can go bike riding, swimming, and play sports, etc. I want to be skinny, its summer! I want this to be a healthy process. So, any tips/plans would be great.Thanks! <3
I use to have a six pack when i played sports but i don’t play sports anymore becasue i got hurt. I am very skinny but i just lost my pack. I want to know an easy and fast way to get a six pack for girls. I guess you ould say i have a 2 or 4 pack depending on what im doing. Tip and suggestion would be appricieated and im only 15 so i don’t have like weights or can get to a gym.
