no matter what i do, i cannot get rid of that fat near my waistline. its like, a serious pooch/ muffin top and it sickens me. i kno everyone looks at it and i just dont feel pretty because of it. what can i do (SAFELY) to get rid of it??

I was wondering if anyone had tips or knew ways to help flatten your stomach. I’m not fat but I wanted to get rid of my pooch on my stomach. Thanks!!

I recently lost 100lbs. Although the only thing that is bad now is the fact I have these love handles and pooch. What can I do to tone it up? I know I’m not going to be able to make it completely go away but at least I’d like to not feel like I"ve got an inner tube around my waist.

I know that there is no such thing as higher or lower abs. the abs are all one muscle.
but for some reason…i have a small pooch on the lower part of my tummy. the higher part;as in right below my rib cage;is perfectly flat and toned.

so what i need is exercises that will help tone the other part.
thanks tons! :]
