I work out three to four times a week i work two jobs and i eat as healthy as i can. for some reason i cant seem to get rid of that little pudge at the bottom of my belly. i hate it, it makes me feel very insecure and like my working out is pointless. can anyone give me some tips on what to do to get rid of that belly fat?
I’m 17 5’6 and weigh about 135. I know i’m at a healthy weight and don’t really care if I lose any but I have a tiny little pudge around my midsection. Will running abot 2-3 miles a day along with a good diet get rid of this? how long will it take to see results?

I’m a girl, 16 and currently doing soccer. I lost some weight, but there are those stubborn few pounds of fat that just won’t leave my midsection. I don’t know how to get rid of it. I’m not fat, I’m actually pretty slim; I’m 5 ft 10" and in between 135-140 pounds, but I can’t get rid of my belly pudge. Are there any workouts that I should do? Any foods that would help?
