Hi, how do i get like bigger arms? I do like 15 chin ups, 30 push ups and 60 sit ups. Will i lose my belly fat and gain bigger biceps by continuing this? And I am planning to eat right and do all that stuff. Jog, run etc. And no pills…

Im male, 17. Im starting a 90% vegan diet (%10 meat,fish,chicken) and drinking water ONLY. No junk food, fast food, soft drinks, or excess fats or sugars.
Im going to the gym 1 hour (sometimes 1.5), 5 times a week (Mon.-Fri.). I do everything from spinning, weightlifting, abs & push-ups, etc.
Im also planning to run from 30 min. to 1 hour every morning before breakfast.
If i follow this routine, aprox. how long woill it take me to see results (see a six-pack)?

Im skinny, but got no muscle. Im 1.75 m tall. There is a thin layer of fat covering my abs, so I know I have ot get rid of that first.

i have a schedule that counts down 90 days of doing 20 push ups 20 sit ups and 20 two ups, i do these exercises every morning and night will this help me get a six pack and develop my lower body strength, tell me what other exercises will help if these aren’t good.

ok. i have been doing 250 sit ups, 50 push ups and a couple more exercises in like 30-40 min daily and the results are minimal.i have been doing for like 2 months now.

Does doing about 20 – 40 diamond push-ups (if you don’t know what they are, look them up. They’re a more intense form of push-ups) and lifting Dumbbells help lose bingo wings. And also, do sit ups help remove excess body fat from the abdomen? (This plus a healthy diet obviously).
I wight 127lb. i am 16 years old i am a good runner but i stink on push ups thanks.
I’m 15 years old and kind of chubby in my stomach. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I workout my abs by doing 3 sets of 6 different crunches(Which I do 20 each). During Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday I workout my chest by doing 4 sets of push-ups, which I do each set until I can’t do anymore. I also do cardio because I’m in the track team for my school, we have practice 5 times a week. Also, the only thing I really eat is cereal for breakfast, a sandwich and chips for lunch, and anything my parents cook for dinner lol. So having said that, how long will it take me to get a six-pack??
I do 100 sit ups each day, and 25-50 crunches with that as well. I weigh 62kg, I play basketball 3 times a week, and jog 1-2 times a week. The basketball practices I have are include lots of push ups and running. I eat 5-6 meals a day, and I don’t eat and unhealthy food. I just turned 15 and I have been doing this program for about 1month, will I get a six pack ?
