I am a 27 yo guy, and I do yoga, hindu pushups, regular pushups, hindu squats and ab exercises (several types ) everday combined with 1hr walking. My stomach toned up nicely, but am not sure If I am going to see a six pack. I have been reading articles which suggest that I should work out the abs alternate days instead of everyday for a six pack. But I do only one set of reps (20 reps of each exercise) combined with yoga. So is it okay to do everyday and still get a six pack?
I have been doing this routine of yoga, ab exercise, push-ups and walking combo for about 1 month now.
