I do situps 3 days a week(Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday) and I also do the ab lounge XL those same days. Ive been starting to do cardio(I now do cardio everyday jumping jacks and riding my bike a mile or 2) 4 days ago and have been doing ab workouts for a month. I’m 5’5" and 110lbs and am very athletic so obviouslly i have a small belly. would i have a six pack before summer?

So I know I’m not fat, I just have love handles I wish weren’t there. Im 16, 5′ 8", 130 and size 3, in my pants even pajamas my lovehands always hang over. I exercise plenty, I am in waterpolo so I go to practice 5 days a weeks 2-3 hours a day. I am active besides that always running around or riding my bike. I just want an exercise that will make my love handles go away or lessen.
