I am 14 years old i am healthy and not obese, i am in better shape then average, but dont have a six pack. I WANT A SIX PACK.

Can u give me some advise on what types of excerises i should do, and what i should be eating for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!!!!

i have lower belly fat but no fat on my upper abs. i run and that keeps me in shape except the lower part of my stomach. how do i get rid of it by doing exercise?

Hi, I’m looking for some serious advice. I’m 5’8, weigh around 145lbs, and am a size 31 waist. I’m very disciplined in what I do but I would like to (finally) get the Holy Grail that is the six-pack abs.

I would really appreciate you fitness gurus if you could give me a workout routine I can follow to 1) get a six-pack 2) loose the love handles. I’ve already cut eating sweet bread, cinnamon rolls, and all those delicious pastries and it’s helped loose a bit of the ‘fluff’ around my waist. Now I just need a routine to get that coveted V-shape.

Just one thing, I’m flat-footed so I can’t run so that’s out. And also, no shakes nor crazy diets. I’m a college student so I can’t be passing out at school. I’m all about the exercise but please, I NEED A ROUTINE!

Hi guys, I’m not fat or anything but I’ve been eating a lot of late night meals lately and im starting to get a little bit of a stomach. Is there any way I can lose my stomach without losing upper body or muscle?
I’m not out of shape, lift 3 times a week, and run 2, 6:45 min miles every day.

Also, I eat because I’m starvinggg at night.

I have a nice shape, and body but I have belly fat that I just can’t get rid of. I don’t have time to work out, so what’s the quickest and easiest way?

I am about 164 centimeters tall and weight 49 kilograms. I am trying to get in shape for the summer. My goal is to get really skinny (I DON’T CARE if it is not healthy!)
Please give me tips on how to loose weight and burn belly fat! And also how to motivate myself about it!

Ok so I’m pretty in shape. I work out 3-5 days per week every week. I work out on machine, run dance etc. I like how my body looks except my lower stomach. What can I do to get rid of just a couple pounds of belly fat? I just want a toned stomach for the summer. Which is in a couple months. Any tips? Thanks

Basically, my arms are all thin and my body has no shape to it.

And basically what I want is;

- more muscular arms
- better defined abs
- and better defined pecs

Are there any simple exercises (that don’t require gym machines and stuff) that I can do at home in the living room to help me get those 3 things?

At the moment I’m not too bothered about the actual fitness part of it, I’m just so sick of my body being so shapeless.

Anything diet-related that would help would be appreciated too.

I am thin, out of shape and have a floppy stomach from child birth, weight lost, stretched muscle and skin. i don’t want a tummy tuck, so what i the best excercise or best way to tighten up and get six pack without causing a hearth attack, high blood pressure or other problems.
