I’m 16 really skinny like 125 pounds and i do chrunchs and sit ups every day but i have a little fat on my stomach I also dont do very much excercise but i eat good to get a six pack do i have to lose weight and exercise a lot or just keep doing chrunches

want to get a six pack i am 15 years old male i weigh 120 my height is 5’5 i have a tredmill so i can run anytime im in summer so i can do it everyday i want to know how i can get them fast in a few months or less i want to kno for how long i need to run/jog i usually go at 7.5m/h on the tredmill and how many situps or crunches i need to do also if theres a video someone could show me how to do them properly and whats better sit ups or crunches so PLEASE TELL ME HOW LONG I NEED TO RUN or JOG AND HOW MANY CRUNCHES OR SIT UPS i need ALSO what i need to eat and what i shouldnt eat please be specific not just say dont eat sweets i will foloow a diet if you tell me one or if u tell me what to eat i usually go to walmart so name things i can buy there….thanks please tell me how long i need to run and how many situps i need and also a video on how to do them properly

I’m 14, I have little to no fat on me. I do 75 sit ups every day. I already have a line down the middle of my stomach and when I’m laying down I have a six pack but not when I’m standing, more of a four pack then.

im 13, 110 pounds and about 5 foot 2. i wanted to know how i coul get a six pack fast

I’m kind of worried because I haven’t even done crunches, and my stomach is fat on the sides, still. I have love handles…maybe its not a six pack??? its hard and definitely looks like a six pack but, could it be something else? I’m not fat, im average….5’6 female 122 lbs……can anyone tell me whats going on?!?!?!

I am 14 years old i am healthy and not obese, i am in better shape then average, but dont have a six pack. I WANT A SIX PACK.

AND HEALTHY.
Can u give me some advise on what types of excerises i should do, and what i should be eating for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!!!!

i have REALY strong abs and want to get a visable six pack. but the problem is i have a small layer of fat over my abs that i need to chisel away. any good exercises to make them appear? any web sites? any good tips are appreciated thanx!

P.S. oh and im doing it because im on a swim team and need to make my abs better to improve my swimming. just incase you needed to know! thanx! :-)

how can you get a six pack fast (that is not to expensive).

Ok right now i ussually do ab machine a lot at the gym ab ripper x on the p90x videos and thats about it. I sometimes do yoga ball crunches etc. I have been doing a combination of this off and on for about half a year i only have about 4 months before I start going to the beach all the time again and would really like to have a six pack by then. some info on my body type if it matters, are

5 foot 6
125 lbs
Slim athletic (play sport)
I do tons of cardio in lacrosse
have a huge v cut for my abs starting but no lines yeat just like outer area
go to gym 2 hours 5 days a week for the past 6 months
