i want to six packs that are noticeable they don’t to be hardcore but something that gets the attention and i will like to get my arms a bit bigger and pecks. And what kinds of food should i eat if i want to get six pack and what kind of exercise should i do

i am wondering how do u get six packs abs fast? i am also wondering if only drinking water and cutting out soda would get me a six pack, so i don’t have to watch what i eat? i am 5’9" and weigh 123 lbs
I had such a fit and medium muscular toned body and i am happy with it. Except my stomach!
Some expert said, sit-up exercise is NOT SUITABLE to loose stomach fat. It it just for SIX-PACKS making. Otherwise (for who has fat stomach), the muscle that you gained from the sit-up, will push your stomach ahead and it will looks larger to the front (fat + muscle). How true is this fact?
Other than sit-up or any kind or exercise (assuming the fact above is true), what is the best way to loose fat of stomach fast? (at least in 1-2 months time)

hi, OK i know girls can get six packs, and i have a starter one. but i only have the two muscles on top.
